Policy Overview: Oak Tree entrance
1 Free Education for All:
Gardens of Jannah Trust is dedicated to offering free education to children in the Muslim community. We believe that education is a fundamental right and strive to eliminate any financial barriers that may prevent children from receiving quality educational opportunities.
We have been successful in providing free educational services for almost 12 years, positively impacting the lives of numerous children and their families within our community.
2 Welfare Programmes:
In addition to academic education, we provide a variety of welfare programmes designed to support the holistic development of our students. These programmes include mentorship, counselling, and extracurricular activities that cater to the diverse needs of our community.
3 School Placement Policy:
Admission to our schools is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We prioritise our services for families who are on a low income or those facing asylum and those from underserved backgrounds to ensure they receive the necessary support to thrive. By offering tailored services and wraparound support, we empower these children to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
4 Wraparound Care Priority for Working Parents:
We recognise the challenges working parents face in balancing their professional responsibilities with their children's educational needs. To support these families, we prioritise wraparound care services that extend beyond regular school hours. This includes after-school clubs, homework assistance, and holiday programmes, allowing parents to work with peace of mind knowing their children are in a safe and nurturing environment. We aim to provide flexible solutions to meet the needs of working parents while ensuring that their children receive quality care and support.
5 Community Engagement:
We actively encourage community involvement and collaboration. Parents, guardians, and community members are invited to participate in school events, volunteer programmes, and decision-making processes to foster a strong sense of community ownership and support.
6 Donations:
To run our services and sustain our programmes, we welcome donations and rely on support from local businesses and the community. Your contributions play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision and fulfil our mission. To donate, please contact us at info@gardensofjannahtrust.co.uk or reach out to our office at 02037597408. We invite you to support us in our efforts to provide quality education and welfare programmes for our students and their families.
7 Continuous Improvement:
Gardens of Jannah Trust is committed to continuously evaluating and improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our students and the community. We welcome feedback and suggestions to enhance our educational and welfare programmes.
Commitment to Inclusivity:
At Gardens of Jannah Trust, we recognise the importance of inclusivity and diversity. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and supported, regardless of their background. Our programmes are designed to be accessible and responsive to the unique needs of all community members.
By adhering to this policy, Gardens of Jannah Trust aims to create a nurturing and empowering environment that supports the growth and development of every child in our community, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to thrive. We believe that through collaboration, support, and a shared commitment to education, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and their families.
